Timed Automatic Function: Unlike standard strikes, the AT99 activates its “automatic” (hold-open) state for a specific duration based on the power pulse. It then self-locks to prevent the door from remaining unsecured if someone triggers it but doesn’t enter

The Dorcas Serie PL99 is the high-performance preload specialist within the ultra-compact 99 Series range. Its primary engineering goal is to ensure the door opens reliably even when there is physical pressure or “preload” pushing against the latch.
High Preload Opening: The standout feature is its ability to open under a preload of up to 40 kg (approx. 400N) when powered at 12V DC. This solves the common issue where warped doors, tight seals, or air pressure prevent a standard strike from releasing.
Ultra-Compact Body: It maintains the 99 Series’ signature slim profile with a width of just 16mm, to fit into extremely narrow aluminum or PVC frames without extensive mortising.
